On the campaign trail with Steve

Earlier this week Steve Byers visited Steve’s own ward, Bellingham, to see the progress which had been made through a partnership involving central government , Lewisham Council and the local community,

The two Steves are seen here with Jim Dowd MP at Bellingham Green Park which has been dramatically improved after extensive community consultation. The Bellingham Sure Start project was also visited.

Trevor Phillips, Deputy Chair of the GLA visited Lewisham on Saturday 20 April to support Steve’s Campaign. Steve and Trevor can be seen left talking to voters in Deptford Market.

Labour candidates for New Cross and Evelyn wards joined Trevor and Steve outside the Revival Cafe.

Earlier Steve met with the Cllrs Jackie Addison, Gurbaksh Garcha and Sylvia Scott who are standing in Crofton Park ward.
